1. To Receive the Minutes of the Previous Meeting held on 11 May 2007 at the British Library Conservation Centre, London

2. BISA Constitution
Various amendments were agreed upon at the meeting of 11 May 2007. These amendments have been made and the revised constitution can be downloaded from <http://www.tiny.cc/TFSbX>.
In addition, a proposal has been made by the Convenor to change the number of meetings each year to one rather than two as described in the draft constitution. Comments are invited regarding this matter prior to the meeting. If agreement is reached on this proposal at the meeting this amendment will be included in the new constitution.
3. Appointment of Convenor, Secretary and Treasurer
Following the arrangements made at the BISA meeting in Dublin on 1 December 2006, the posts of Convenor and Secretary become vacant. The post of Treasurer remains open, as it has not been filled.
Nominations are therefore invited for the aforesaid posts. Jonathan Draper (e-mail [log in to unmask]), the current BISA Secretary, should receive nominations in writing by 16 November 2007. Each nomination should detail who is proposing the nomination and who is seconding it.
If no nominations are received, or if no one obtains a majority on 30 November, nominations will be invited from the floor on the day of the meeting. Failing that, permission will be sought for the Executive Committee to co-opt someone to the vacancy where necessary prior to the next meeting.
