This is great progress.
ORACDR should work fine since we relocate it all the time. For Puana Brad
added a "starperl" command to the path that is used to locate a suitable
perl uniquely. The only trick is finally to add perl to the default build
along with a "starperl" install.
(we also need gsl and fftw added soon)
