Dear Stephen,
if you refer to SPM5: its built in and can be used like any other batch
in the batch system. Some advanced features are not available or will
require user intervention, but the basics should work.
Note that you need to disable some toolboxes (i.e. remove them from
MATLABs path variable using editpath/rmpath) like WFU_pickatlas, since
they override SPM built in routines with incompatible versions.
