Hi John,
Try the functions spm_vol and spm_read_vols, spm_write_vol, they are
quite useful to do your own data manipulation in nifti or analyze
format.
Help <functionname> will give you more information on their syntax.
Good luck,
Bas

Onderwerp: [SPM] How to define binary mask?
Hi,
I need to define binary mask, which will define which voxels I take for
analysis ("1") and which I don't ("0"). It should be 3-D dimension of my
whole brain (for example: 91x109x91).
I need it in *.img format but for my data (not an abstract anatomical
data). How and where I do this? I tried MRIcro and marsbar, but I fail
to understand how to do this.
Thanks you a lot!
John
