Gillian,
I am also interested. Could you point me to a link on the QAA website, perhaps?

Arthur
There is a QAA document on Focus Learner Questions that had questions such as these. I wrote some for this document that we use with first year. If you do not have the document, I could send these to you

Subject: Taking Stock Questions
Hi,
I am trying to pull together a template for first year entrants to
Paisley which will ask questions such as , "why did you come to this
University?", "choose this Course", "Concerns you have", "Ambitions",
etc.
I would be grateful if list members could point me to examples of this
type of template. I want to make sure that I am asking the correct
questions in the correct way.
thanks,
Arthur Loughran
