There maybe restrictions to the light impact on nearby residential
dwellings if operations are at night perhaps.

Thanks for your information.
The area of work is a warehouse where beer kegs are stored, full and
empty. My initial instinct is that there is no real reason why the
light has to be low, and the rest of the plant is in full light.
We do have a keystone with a night vision switch, but I am with
you....why cant they just increase the lighting? If anyone can think of
a reason, please let me know. This option would be cheaper I am
sure.....but who am I??
