Hi Julie
this needs to be handled by HR. If this person has signed a declaration of
honesty and subsequently found to have lied and been dishonest then there
employment is in question and HR need to manage and make a decision on this.
From an OH point of view you can only act on and make decisions on the
infromation available at the time. We are many things, but mind readers is
not one of them.
