Hi, Jane---if it is possible, it would be quite interesting to see what areas the doctoral students are interested in, and to have some notes on the discussion, for those unable to attend (like us overseas types, and others). This might provide opportunities for some collaboration and/or 'pitching in' on their interests.

> Dear Colleagues

> Professor Debra Bick and Professor Jane Sandall are organising a joint
> King's/TVU workshop to provide an opportunity for PhD students whose
> studies are within an area of pregnancy, birth and childbearing to get
> together. We have some additional places and would like to invite PhD

> the event, being held at the Guys campus of King's. The idea is to
> provide a forum for discussion, an opportunity to network with PhD
> students and discuss factors to consider once a PhD has been

> funding programme is our keynote speaker.
>
> It will be an informal day and we would be grateful if you could
> circulate the invitation as appropriate. We appended a copy of the
> programme and a contact form for students who would like to join us.
> Please ask students or their supervisors to return completed forms
> to me and to contact myself or Debra if they would like to attend.
