Hi Rachel
We've been playing around with Wikispaces (http://www.wikispaces.com/), but
be warned some Trust IT departments block any access to Web 2.0 sites!!!
Spoilsports!!!!
Cheers
Andy ;-)

Hi, Rachel.
I have used PB Wiki as a sort of discussion forum / communication tool for a
collaborative project.
It's really good: pretty user-friendly and not dissimilar to Wikipedia.
I think there is even an automatic history function too so it keeps track of
what 'version' document you're on.
For my project, there were only five of us using it so it took off without a
hitch. The only challenge I can envisage is if you want lots of people to
use it: you'll have to allow time for the wiki 'culture' to evolve.
Happy Wikking,
