Dear Maarten,
It seems that installing the lcg-version rpm manually solved the problem.
Thanks,

I suspect there is a problem with the gLite 3.0.2 rpm list, which no longer
provides the lcg-version rpm, while it is still expected by SAM.
Please install the original rpm on your WNs:
http://glitesoft.cern.ch/EGEE/gLite/APT/R3.0/rhel30/RPMS.updates/lcg-version
-3.0.2-1.noarch.rpm
On the WNs at CERN it is still present.
