Dear all,
here you have a schedule of the Seminar on Prehistoric Italy which will be
held at the McDonald Institute for Archaeological Research, University of
Cambridge, Downing Street, Cambridge
on Wednesday 14th November 2007, 2.15 to 7.00pm.
Attendance is free. For mere organisational reasons I will appreciate if
those of you who are planning to attend can let me know please.
Cambridge can conveniently be reached by train, coach and car (via M11 - I
would recommend to leave the car at the park and rides at major roads
coming into. Buses to the city centre run any 10 mins). You can find a
general map of the town with the location of bus and train station (Downing
site is labelled E) at: http://www.cam.ac.uk/map/v4/drawmap.cgi?mp=city
Maps of Downing site area and Dept of Archaeology can be found at:
http://www.cam.ac.uk/map/v4/drawmap.cgi?mp=main;xx=1900;yy=1040
http://www.cam.ac.uk/map/v4/drawmap.cgi?mp=down;xx=49;yy=121;mt=c;tl=Department%20of%20Archaeology
In the last map, the McDonald Institute is no 10 (the building in the
middle of the courtyard).
I hope to see as many of you as possible at the seminar. Should you have
any queries do not hesitate to email me.
Best wishes,
Andrea Dolfini
