Mott MacDonald is seeking a GIS all-rounder for a Client support and
analysis role, ideally with some experience, but recent graduates with
relevant work experience will be considered.
The role will cover a range of GIS work but a major part of it will be
the support and development of Internet GIS among the public sector
client base. This will include :
Managing users accounts and access
Responsible for the loading of data into the system and on a secure
Internet site to agreed timescales.
Act as first point of contact for users queries and provide a helpdesk
service.
Organise, manage and run users training courses in Internet GIS and
Mapinfo Identifying and investigating new data sets for use in the
Internet GIS.
Liaison with colleagues and users of the web based systems.
Provide general GIS support, analysis and mapping for any Projects as
required.
