Greetings. I am a newbie (as in I have zero computer skills) to both the linux world and to FSL. I
have (I think) successfully downloaded FSL, and FEEDS, but when I get to this step (in VMware,
FSL_vm terminal window):
FSLDIR=/usr/local/fsl
. ${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh
PATH=${FSLDIR}/bin:${PATH}
export FSLDIR PATH
It tells me there is no such directory after the second line '. ${FSLDIR}/etc/fslconf/fsl.sh'. I am making
the assumption that it is because all the FSL stuff is on the Windows C drive, but I cannot for the life
of me figure out how to fix this (or to get it - or what I should even put, into the proper operating
environment)? I have tried dragging and dropping, sharing, copying the path directly as it appears in
explorer in the instructions above (I assume this doesn't work because the interface doesn't 'see' the
Windows desktop), and nothing works.
Help!
Thanks,
Emily
