This is a bug in FILM - a fix will be in the next patch or the film
project can be hand-modified/rebuilt with the following:
change line 246 of film/film_gls.cc from:
cutoff = MISCMATHS::Max(3,cutoff);
to:
cutoff = MISCMATHS::Max(1,cutoff);
