Hi Marc,
could you please specify what you mean by "all of the
remaining steps of TBSS", presumably tbss_3_postreg -S
ans then tbss_4_prestats 2000? Could you also please
provide us a snapshot of your mean_FA_skeleton
overlaid onto the MNI152?
