Hello,
We have been using SIENA/SIENAX V2.2 to do brain
volume analysis on our Unix system.Recently,we setup a
64 bit Redhat 4 Linux system.And downloaded FSL V4.0
on the Linux machine. The result looks fine but there
are some errors.
1.Floating point exception:This is what it looks like
when we used SIENAX analysis

Finished. The SIENAX report can be viewed by pointing
your web browser
at:
file:/raid/shared/MRI_from_CD/0_PATIENT
NAME/Brain/BV-test-seinax2.5/ANNI
S_NAME_8409872_2877_00005_SE_0000_sienax/report.html
2.In the output file,report.html,the images(.png) are
not displayed. These images are not found in the output
folder. For Sienax,4 image files are missing.
It would be very helpful for us if anyone can provide
us a solution.
Thank you,
mriram
