If you have avwmerge then you have an old version of FSL - get your
sysadmin to upgrade.
there may be many things that have gone wrong with data - The first
thing to do is to make sure your files are named according to the
bedpostx specifications, and then run bedpostx_datacheck on the
directory - this will find any obvious problems.
