The Company
Oxford Outcomes Ltd is a specialist consultancy company. We are looking to
expand our health outcomes capability, due to an increasing demand for our
services. We have a portfolio of research projects, working with major
European and North American clients in the health and pharmaceutical
sectors. Our main areas of specialisation are:
• Health economic evaluations, including evidence synthesis and
decision modelling
• Pharmaco-epidemiology
• Health outcome and utility measurement.
We aim to deliver high quality research and to advance methodology through
a highly professional approach. In order fulfil this aim our research
staff are expected to be creative, and capable of developing expertise
that meets the needs of the growing health economics market. We recognise
the importance of people within our company and actively encourage
professional development, conference attendance and publication in high-
calibre peer-reviewed journals.
The Position: Systematic Reviewer
We are seeking to recruit a specialist in systematic reviewing to support
and develop our outcomes research in Oxford. If successful, you will
manage and conduct literature searches and systematic reviews, advise on
the Company’s approach to systematic reviewing and develop these skills in
our other staff. You will have the opportunity to further develop your
own skills in statistical analysis of data.

• Analytical and strategic-thinking to develop justifiable arguments
• Experience of designing and executing literature search strategies
• Experience in reviewing and extracting data
• Project management skills
• MSc Evidence Based Medicine or equivalent MSc or experience in a
related discipline.
