To clarify: jiscmail stipulate that at least one of the 'list owners' must have a ac.uk address, but
there can be more than one 'owner', so this day-to-day role could be played by someone without
an ac.uk address (including a .edu one) as long as they work in close partnership with someone
who does have one (who could be one of the Standing Committee).
