Correct, and an even stronger statement could be made. All the data that
you wish to import into the C world needs to have been saved. And the
Analysis save only saves what has been modified. So if, for example, you
created your molecular systems several releases back and have not changed
them since, then a save in the latest Analysis will not update them. But
saveAll will.
(In the new API the backwards compatibility is still being looked at. I
hope we can get this into the Java API, but that still remains to be
seen. But it would only be working forward. So to get projects to the
new API standard we will use the Python API to do it.)
