Not yet, I will add an option for this.

I don't understand what you'd like to see - Please be more specific about
what would be more informative. Is a graph of value vs residue not
sufficient?

Ah. This is more tricky and I wouldn't expect to see changes in the near
future. If you are using the graphs from the table then they are just
plotting numeric values from that table, and a table column has no innate
knowledge of the error in its values, if they exist. So I would need to
significantly extend the graphing functionality in general to allow
selection of an extra (arbitrary) error column.
The graph function from the tables (I assume this is what you are talking
about specifically) was only done in a simplistic manner in the initial
instance to give a basic, generic functionality that would work from any
table. It was not the intention to have something that produces
publication quality plots or an alternative to more capable plotting
programs. It was envisaged that people would export tables contents if the
wanted to do something more formal.
I accept that the general graph could do with improvement, but this can
only come after more important things. And in the end it might be best to
drive an external plotting program (Gnuplot etc) rather than reinvent
things ourselves.
