Thanks, Lorna.
Hello, Mohammed.
As Lorna mentioned, I'm here trying to promote my kids' books and to
find opportunities for selling them here regularly. I'd love to pick
your brain for any contacts at schools, bookstores, libraries, Caribbean
community groups or the media. I have books with me and may also try to
arrange a small signing this weekend in London. I'll keep you posted.
I have a small kids' media company, Jackmandora (www.jackmandora.com
<http://www.jackmandora.com/> ) and we're working with a group here to
organize a Caribbean Children's Book Festival in the spring. I'd love
to pick your brains on that as well.
If you have any ideas, please feel free to email me or call me at 07887
750 196. Or please send me a number where I can reach you. I'll be here
till Sunday the 4th. I'll be in London tomorrow, Friday and Sat and in
Birmingham Wed and Thurs.
Best
Kellie

Greetings Mohammed and Kellie
I ask your permission to use this medium to introduce Kellie.
Kellie is here from Jamaica on a short visit to promote childrens'
books. I believe you Mohammed, may be able to help her make contact
with libraries and/or other people or organisations interested in Black
books in order to spread awareness about her work and get some orders.
Kellie, perhaps you will send Mohammed a more detailed e-mail so he is
clearer on your product, time constraints and contact details?
Regards.
Yaa
aka Lorna.
