Dear All,
I was just wondering if anyone had any advice regarding the publishing of
photographs showing people still living.
We are currently doing a digitisation project so that we can show copies
of our images through our online catalogue and a lot of them show people
at work or around the estate that might be still living. I know that
there are strict rules about modern photography and model release forms
etc. but I was wondering how that applies in retrospect. The photographs
were taken in a professional rather than personal capacity and all of the
people who were photographed knew that they were for the official record
but I'm still not sure. Does anyone have any experience of this?
All thoughts gratefully received.
