Although since 1975 different Spanish governments have tried to restore republicans and other anti-Francoists and their descendants' rights, some of these rights still remain unsolved. For instance, unknown corpses in communal graves, Francoist symbols (the parade ground in my job, an old military building, shows a plaque with quite a Fascist Franco's sentence). Basically, the law is a good idea, but it is being used for political purposes by different parties, and its meaning is being distorted. I'm afraid its implementation is going to be quite problematic, if possible.
