Dear allstat,
I am currently looking for a good multivariate package for R. I am particularly interested in discriminant analysis, i.e. PLS-DA or PCA-DA, but with adequate plots of the segregated sample scores. Does anyone know of any such package(s)?
as always, thanks in advance for any help
