Hi - do you mean that half are all the same output - exactly 2.0 ?
Have a careful read of the SIENA manual and look carefully through
the SIENA web page report (assuming that you are using FSL 4.0). Also
you might like to download the FSL course lecture and particularly
the practical to see some examples of problematic input data.
