Researchers funded by BBSRC are working on science with the
potential to reshape society. We are looking for an experienced
media professional to help tell their stories.
You will be responsible for ensuring that policy and funding
decisions take the public’s views and attitudes into account and
managing a range of corporate and science-led projects.
The innovative programmes of activities you develop will make a
major contribution to national initiatives and discussions. Educated
to degree standard in a science or social science discipline, you
should be an experienced communicator and have a history of
encouraging public engagement with science.
