Yes,
and then you have to fix information provider plugins and some times
other scripts in:
/opt/globus/libexec
/opt/lcg/libexec
There's another aspect of this:
if your pool is multi-architecture (like ours), you will have to fix
these scripts each new update, to add constraints to the condor_status,
condor_q etc. queries.
This is why we've dropped this idea, and started using a separate pool
for gLite jobs based on the condor shipped with glite.
I can provide all the diffs/scripts if it's useful to anybody.
