Dear SPMers
Dear SPMers
I'm using ECD-SPECT and SPM to study pain in cancer patients. I'm
comfortable using SPECT in simple experiments. But, a researcher in my
institution, wants to study the effects of chemotherapy (CT) in breast
cancer patients brains. Although I have suggested her to compare the same
group (n=20) before and after CT, using too some psychological tests as
secondary information (even to be used as covariates), she is proposing to
compare a normal Group X patients Pre-surgery, then normal X
patients pre CT then normal X patients pos CT(early) then
normal X patients pos CT (delayed).
So, she wants to study pairs, two by two. I have objected against but I
need more arguments (Against or pro). I tried to see the older archives in
SPM list but I didn’t find a clear statistical argument.
Thanks
