Senior Press Officer – Medical & Policy
£30-£35,000 London W1
If you have an enthusiastic ‘can-do’ approach and are able to lead by
example, this is the role for you. A natural communicator with skills
gained in a medical, health or research setting, you'll be responsible for
generating quality, creative media activity. You’ll help to ensure the
delivery of a first class media relations service and proactively develop
our press office function. Comfortable managing a team and pushing for
maximum coverage at every opportunity, you’ll also need excellent writing
skills, an in-depth knowledge of the media and the ability to forge
excellent working relationships with people at all levels. We offer a

and you’ll soon make an impact at national level. Raising our profile,
increasing awareness of BHF funded work and co-ordinating PR activity for
our shop campaigns are all within your remit and your abilities. With
impressive PR experience at both national and regional level, you’re an
ambitious creative thinker and excellent writer of sharp and concise copy.
