Food Security and Sustainability, The Royal Society, London, 9 October 2007
RSC policy seminars aim to discuss science and infrastructure as well as look at new developments in the chemical sciences that are having a significant effect on the future of our society and the future decisions of policy makers in the UK.
This seminar will address the issues facing a secure and sustainable food supply. The seminar will cover topics on sustainable agriculture, sustainability of the food supply chain, exploitation of food waste and a discussion of the food versus fuel debate.
The seminar will commence at 10.00am and will close at 12:00pm
