Hi, everybody! I want to let you know that *Doug's opening* of the Lenny
Birthday Celebration Friday night was wonderful, illuminating, and set a
really fine tone for the event. (and this is NOT a minority opinion, by the
way, but I knew that Doug would be modest when speaking of it!) :)
It was a privilege to be in Edmonton, taking part in *so many* wonderful
events. Our first opportunity to read together from *Continuations* was a
great joy. We've each read from the book individually at other events, but,
for me, nothing compares to the REAL THING.
