Dear Sarah, Dear All,
I wish to say how much I enjoyed the stimulating debate, discussion
encompassing mentoring, coaching, teaching and learning in Higher Education
and Schools together with the teacher practitioners PhD/ TLA Action Research
Projects presented at yesterday's one day BERA Mentoring and Coaching/CARN
conference in Milton Keynes
I consider we were able to unearth educational issues very important to all
delegates present and sought out ways of improving and developing this
knowledge. This I hope will be further developed and supported by our
e-seminars in the future.
I will also be pleased to hear from any delegate yesterday who might have
any questions regarding my paper: 'The Knowledge of the Mentor: the
influence of Theory and Practice.'
May I also take this opportunity to thank Sarah Fletcher who organised our
one day conference yesterday in Milton Keynes. Sarah worked tremendously
hard to arrange the day which was highly successful. The only hiccup being
the internet which decided not to work in the afternoon. But we still
managed to work around this!
I look forward to the next one day conference which I think may be this
December.
Best wishes
Rosalind

Dear All
Many thanks, Rosalind - what a great resource! Here is a link to Teachers
TV with video clips on school based mentoring and coaching. I hope they
interest,
Best wishes,
Sarah
