British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowships - Transfer to Permanent
Academic Appointment - call for expressions of interest.
Department of Politics and International Relations, Royal Holloway,
University of London.
From September 1, 2007, Royal Holloway has a new policy for the
recruitment of Research Fellows funded by prestigious national
programmes of two years' duration or more, and appointed via open,
peer-reviewed competitions. Fellowship holders will move to a permanent
post at the end of the Fellowship, subject to satisfactory progress
through probation.
British Academy Postdoctoral Fellowships qualify for this policy.
If you are considering an application to the British Academy, we urge
you to send an expression of interest to the Head of Department, and
Director of the New Political Communication Unit, Dr Andrew Chadwick, no
later than October 5, 2007. The British Academy's first round deadline
is October 15, 2007.
All expressions of interest will be considered by the Department's
Research Committee and the College's selection committee. The Department
and/or the College cannot guarantee that it will support your
application. For more details please see:
