I suggest that any requests to the list should start the subject line with
ILL to indicate they are coming from another library. If you just put
'Article request' or something similar it can be confused with e-mail
requests coming in from readers of our own libraries.

Please please can I ask that Requests for photocopies have something in the
subject line to state that is what they are. this list is getting more and
more hits from such requests and an appropriate subject line helps to
quickly filter them out and delete.
