SLIM (Special Librarians in the Midlands) in partnership with CILIP are launching CILIP InForum in the Midlands, a series of discussion workshops where you can network with like-minded library and information professionals. It allows face-to-face sharing and collaboration, complementing the CILIP Communities online platform.
SLIM is a networking group in the Midlands, originally launched to support special librarians. It welcomes all information professionals in the region.

- good and bad JDs
- CVs as living documents
- CVs for personal marketing
- format/style/checklist
