3.1 One Laptop Per Child (OLPC) University Programme
- to be launched during Autumn 2007, under which interested students and
staff can create "OLPC University Chapters" at their institutions.

3.2 Microsoft discount for UK university students
Students with a ".ac.uk" email address can purchase a full copy of
Microsoft Office Ultimate 2007 for £38.95. Although this offer is mainly
aimed at HE students, any student with a valid ".ac.uk" email address
can qualify, which means that many other college students could also get
the offer price. There is a time limit on the offer.

3.3 Competition in a Global Market: The Bologna Process & Beyond
JISC infoNet is currently hosting the UK Higher Education Europe Unit
2007 survey on the sector's involvement in the Bologna Process and
