I have used Dragon naturally speaking back in India (just for fun,
rather than for work).
It does take quite a long time to train the software to pick up your
pronunciation, more so for Asian accents. That is why, If I am
correct, they actually introduced a special version of the software
for Asian countries.
Given that about 30% of NHS workforce is Asian, you probably might
have to consider that aspect in the plan of your dept.
