Good afternoon
As we have a small collection of journals, we are currently looking at getting our subscriptions directly from publishers on a journal-by-journal basis rather than using EBSCO as before.
There appears, as you might expect, to be a slight saving on each journal (in respect to the absence of the agent's fees I imagine).
However, EBSCO have quoted us £97.99 for Practice Nurse for next year, while publisher Elsevier have quoted £297. This seems rather illogical.
Does anyone else have a subscription to Practice Nurse directly from Elsevier and if so would you mind emailing me and letting me know what you have been paying for it.
Any other info you have is also greatly appreciated.
