This is a topic which is very timely for me as I begin to teach a course
called It's Your Environment to first year students.How do we instill upon a
new generation that they should be reducing their ecological footprints and
yet we contemplate contributing further to our own?
On a practical issue, those of us who teach part-time as sessionals or
Contract Instructors (as we are called at our Uni) and do not have the
financial wherewithal or academic support to travel to conferences would
welcome other opportunities to participate in such sessions - perhaps
through technology!
