Dear All
I'm having problems copying peaks between two C13 HSQC spectra. The spectra
are recorded with different offsets in order to calibrate the decoupler
field strength.
Cloning peaks puts the peaks at the same point-coordinates in the target
spectrum and as the spectra are recorded with different offsets this is no good.
Reproducing peaks gives me a peak at the exact same ppm-coordinate in the
target as in the source. This is fine for me even though the actual peaks
have moved. What is not so fine is that only the assignment in the carbon
dimension is copied. The assignment in the hydrogen dimension is lost.
Is 'reproduce peaks' supposed to behave like this? Is there another way tto
copy peaks between spectra?
Thank you,
