Dear Colleagues,
A member of my TRB committee is undertaking some work for the US
government and is looking for UK input.
He is in charge in writing a chapter of an upcoming TRB NCHRP report on
modelling of operating speeds of 2-lane rural roads and would like input
from the UK. He is looking for the following information (definition,
modelling, implementation, effectiveness, prospects). I have already
suggested some TRL reports they undertook for DfT when working on the
speed review project.
Can anyone offer a steer for further information, if you know of any
work being undertaken in this area I would like to know.
Regards
John
