Ah the good old "where are the source RPMs question"! It's been a while since
someone asked it.

Also try ETICS: http://eticssoft.web.cern.ch/eticssoft/repository/org.glite/
You may get lucky and find sources for some packages there, but I'm not sure
if they will correspond with released versions.
