I cannot, but are you really sure this is what you want?

Nor should you normally do this: I have never seen a subject that was
able to recreate the motion during one session exactly during another
session :) Therefore, your parameters from one dataset are not likely to
be optimal for another. I may have gotten you wrong here, but except if
you are doing some kind of validation study I would not recommend
reusing such parameters. If this still is what you want to do, perhaps
checking the code of spm_matrix, spm_get_space and spm_realign are
places to start looking.

PS: if you do a realign only the procedure does not take too long and
the transformation is stored in the headers, not needing to reslice the
images if you normalize them later-on.
