The aims of this course are to introduce participants to quantitative
methods and to explore the logic of a quantitative approach to social
research and consider when it is useful and appropriate. The course will
also explore issues in deciding who to include in quantitative studies and
how to collect data
This course is an introduction for those with no quantitative skills, those
wishing to update their skills or those seeking a better understanding of
quantitative methodology with a view to managing, commissioning or using
quantitative methods
