Thanks for the information and comment on this point.
It would also help me to know how many of you regard a staff register /
establishment register listing summary employment details as a key
record of the organisation which you would retain permanently (or at
least for a long period such as 30 years). Is there anyone here who does
*not* actively try to maintain such a record? Feel free to contact me
off list.
