NESTA is looking for an experienced freelance project manager/conference
organiser for its Crucible scheme for early career researchers
http://www.nesta.org.uk/programmes/connect/crucible/index.aspx
This scheme has a fairly large element of science policy/communications
in it as well as an emphasis on collaboration and interdisciplinary
research.
We are looking mainly for logistical help (booking and researching
venues, marketing, communicating with speakers etc), rather than
programme design help, but this might suit someone looking for part time
work over the next year.
If you are interested in finding out more, please email me and I will
send you the tender document which sets out everything we're looking
for. Deadline for tenders is 10 September.
Rachel
