Hi Olaf,
maxfilter removes isotrak points when option -trans is used; can this be
the cause?
Please try the same file before (original head position) and after
(maxfilter -trans) to check. If this is the cause, I will try to compose
a fix programs that copies isotrak data between files (while waiting for
a new maxfilter version :-))
Best regards, Jukka Nenonen
