Customer Services Manager
The Royal Society of Medicine Library is one of the largest postgraduate biomedical libraries in Europe providing a full range of services to the Society's c.20,000 Members. We are looking for a motivated individual manage and develop all aspects of our Customer Services Team. The team provides document delivery, literature searches and a wide range of user education activities. All staff work on an enquiry desk (including regular evening and Saturday duties) on a rota basis.
