It does look as if some content is there at
http://www.henrystewart.com/human_genomics/archive/index.html but it is
password protected. Maybe you just need to contact the publisher and
get things moving?
This isn't one of Leeds' titles so I can't advise any further.

We did have access via Ingenta.
It seems that content was pulled from there in favor of hosting on the
publisher (Henry Stewart) site. But we have been unable to access there
and are told to be patient, it's coming. It is, after all, 3/4 of the
way through the year so this seems unacceptable. Does anyone out there
